CSI has developed a new 360° feedback solution. It is based solely on interviews: no questionnaires will be sent. (for top Managers, we have observed the risk associated with questionnaires: it is difficult to assess the validity and neutrality of the answers if the non verbal messages, the feelings, etc… are ignored. (ie: revenge cycles, too quick answers, too short answers, no possibility to give long and details comments, past examples missing, etc…)

The Manager will get a summary of all interviews, a set of suggestions, as well as many other information like: non verbal reactions, image and style, positive or negative influence on his or her team, suggestions from interviewees, perceptions and feelings. Compared with questionnaires based 360°, the results are richer, deeper, smarter, and really adapted to each Manager.

Top Managers who participated in our new Interviews based 360° said they liked:  the very detailed results, the possibility to include chosen questions, the variety of collected data, and that they could improve rapidly their behaviours or work processes and, thus, their positive impact on the efficiency and motivation of the Organisation.

Our method provides a way to improve the knowledge of oneself and thus to improve the development of individual performance. Consequently, it has proven to be effective in improving the efficiency of groups or teams: With existing groups (boards of Directors, project Teams, members of a Department…), between individuals or groups geographically dispersed, or belonging to different sites, functions, departments or countries and different cultural environment. 
  

  •  One to one training for Managers & Key specialists

A very efficient, dedicated, fully adapted development session for “one person at a time” only. One to one trainings address very specific training issues, "to the point", and make sure the trained person puts everything in practice right away.  

Example of a “One to One training” for a Manager:  
- An interview will take place to collect individual specific needs, strengths and weakness’, environment obstacles, cultural issues, company issues, business objectives, etc…  

- Mini assessment
- Several Coaching-training-application modules (½ day or one day each)
- Review of assessment, progress made, competencies acquired, results in the business environment.
- A follow-up detailed plan will be created by participant and managed by participant. The consultant
will keep in touch via email and telephone.   

        
  • New Sales seminar now includes Sales Support people (Sales Support, Sales Admin, back office)  

There is a new way to look at Sales training: to motivate the Sales Support personnel to participate at the beginning and at the end of the Sales Training programme.

Sales professionals will participate to 5 modules while Sales Support people will participate to the first one and to the last two ones, thus creating a “Customer Focused Sales team” while developing the Solution Selling competencies of your Sales force.

The 5 one-day modules are:

  • 1. Fundamentals on human interactions and customer satisfaction (Sales + Sales support + Sales admin)

  • 2. Sales process  (Sales only)

  • 3. Sales interactions during objections, creating precise FAB (features, advantages, benefits for client)  (Sales only)

  • 4. Large sales workshop with real product to be offered and sold to a customer. (Sales + Sales support)

  • 5. Feedback and debrief, action plan, how to measure success  (Sales + Sales support)
