Intensive two day session based on "behavioral interviewing techniques". Participants will have the opportunity to practice each step of the process: Job Analysis, CV screening, Prepare key questions, Interview, Decision. Different case studies will help to apply techniques. Video camera may be used to give individual feedback. Real local CV's will be used as well.
